The Website is owned and operated by EXOgallery Inh. Ilona Keilich (the “Company”). The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Website (taken together, the “Agreement”).

Terms and Conditions for Event Registration
By registering for our event(s), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration Confirmation
- Your registration will be confirmed via email once the registration form has been submitted and, where applicable, payment has been received.
- Registration is only valid for the specific event and date selected.
2. Payment and Fees
- If the event requires a fee, payment must be made immediately after registration.
- Accepted payment methods and instructions will be provided upon completing the registration form.
- Registrations without payment may be cancelled without prior notice.
- Once payment has been processed, cancellations are no longer accepted and no refunds will be issued.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email).
- No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after payment has been processed.
- In the case of event cancellation by the organizers, a full refund will be issued.
4. Program Changes
- The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, speakers, or venue, if necessary. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund or reimbursement of the ticket fee.
- All updates will be communicated via email or posted on our official website.
5. Photography and Recording

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for documentation, publicity, and promotional purposes.
6. Code of Conduct
- All participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the event.
- Artworks on display are valuable and unique. Please do not touch any artworks unless explicitly permitted. Always maintain a safe distance from all works and follow any posted signs or floor markings.
- Follow the instructions of our staff at all times. They are present to ensure the safety of both visitors and the artworks.
- Any damage caused to artworks—whether intentional or through negligence—will result in liability. The responsible party may be held accountable for restoration costs or full replacement value.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove participants who violate these guidelines or disrupt the event.
7. Data Protection
- Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of event organization, communication, and follow-up unless you give explicit permission for further contact.
